Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
